Congregational Care Ministry Congregational Care includes many responsibilities, challenges and opportunities for any church. Our most recent idea came from and was activated by one of our young people. The program was named D.O.M. (Dominoes On the Move) and involves youth spending an afternoon once a week with those of our congregation who are of another generation. The purpose of D.O.M. is to connect, develop friendships, and become prayer partners. If you are interested in participating, please call the church office. Ongoing Ministries Include:Shut-in and Professional Care Unit Visitation Attendance Monitoring for Prayer Concerns Phone-A-Friend -- Contacting Daily Those Who Live Alone Annual 80 Plus Birthday Party Devotional Books for Confirmation Students LAMB MINISTRY A new ministry of care and compassion was consecrated on Sunday, October 26. This ministry is a way to show our love and care to individuals in need. A symbol of God's presence, grace and comfort, the lambs will be blessed through worship and ready to be carried to someone who needs to be reminded of God's love. Recipients are encouraged to share the lamb with another when its ministry is complete in their lives.
