BLUE SPRINGS CAVERN EVENT

WHEN:  January 23 & 24, 2010

WHERE:  Depart from church at 11 am 

TO BRING:  Bring flashlight or headlamp, extra set of batteries, a complete change of clothes (including shoes), a sleeping bag, a small pillow, small towel, toothbrush, sweatshirt, warm coat, and plastic bag for dirty clothes and a canteen for water.  No air mattresses or ground covers allowed.  Bunk beds are available.  Bring no more equipment than you need and can easily carry.  Sleeping gear can be no larger than a standard sleeping bag.

SUPERBOWL SUNDAY SUB SANDWICH FUNDRAISER!

WHEN:  February 7, 2010.  First shift to arrive @ 8:15 am @ CUMC and 2nd shift at 10:15:    Come help take orders for sub sandwiches, prepare them, and have fun with your friends.   Funds earned will be used for the Spring Break Mission Trip!

VALENTINES FUNDRAISER BREAKFAST!

WHEN:  February 14, 2010:   Funds earned will be utilized for the senior high retreat (grades 9-12) which is to be on April 30.   Watch for more details and a sign up sheet in the hall.

March 14, 2010:   Youth Group Valentine Event:   5:30 - 7pm.    Come for Karoeke, a talent show, pizza and treats.

February 28, 2010:   Pokagon Tobboganning:   Meet at CUMC at 1:30pm - return at 5:30 pm.  Cost is $5 per person.  See sign up sheet for all details.

SPRING BREAK MISSION TRIP:

WHEN:   April 3  thru April 10, 2010

WHERE: Tuskagee, Alabama

WHO:   You!   Grades 6-12 and many adults are needed to attend.   We need a crew of workers and our own cooking staff.    Ask for more details.  Sign up sheet in the hallway.

COST: $250 per person. (additional money may be needed for food and souvenirs)

THIS TRIP WILL BE FUN AND A BLESSING TO YOU!
